Terms of Service

CricketPrediction is a publishing platform for cricket analysis. Verified creators post predictions that lock before a match begins and are settled against the official result, producing a public accuracy record.

We are not a bookmaker or a gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold stakes, offer odds, or pay out based on match outcomes. Nothing on this platform is an invitation to bet.

Every prediction is the personal opinion of the creator who published it. It is not financial, investment or betting advice, and a past accuracy figure does not predict future results. Any decision you take after reading a prediction is entirely your own, and you bear its consequences.

• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
• Give accurate registration details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer access.

Creator status is granted after human review and can be withdrawn. As a creator you agree that:

• Predictions you publish are your own work and honestly held.
• You will not present a prediction as a guarantee, or imply a certain return.
• You will not solicit or accept wagers, act as a bookmaker, or advertise gambling operators.
• Once a prediction locks, it cannot be edited — and you will not misrepresent your record elsewhere.
• You hold the rights to what you publish, and you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

Subscriptions renew for the interval you chose until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Creators set their own prices and receive 80% of subscription revenue, with the platform retaining 20%.

Because subscriptions grant immediate access to published analysis, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a creator who stopped publishing — contact us and we will look at it.

Follow the community guidelines. In particular, do not scrape the platform at scale, attempt to bypass paywalls, republish another creator's premium analysis, or use the service to promote gambling products.

We aim to keep the platform running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live scores and match data come from third-party providers and may be delayed or wrong; always check the official scorecard before relying on a result.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misrepresents a track record, or puts other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make after reading content on the platform, from inaccurate third-party match data, or from service interruptions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect, and the date at the top will change.
